Joe is a project manager, working on a variety of land development and infrastructure projects to manage public and private utility relocations. Joe’s duties include coordinating with utility owners to develop accurate cost-effective relocation design solutions and agreements. He has long-standing working relationships with numerous private utility companies across the Commonwealth of Virginia.
